Hi, it’s Jeremy, posting on Carey’s behalf.
Last night, Carey’s water broke, Baby A’s specifically. Still in week 21, this isn’t good news. At this point, we’re still in the hospital.
She asked me to let you know that I’ll be doing my best to update via my Twitter what’s happening (http://twitter.com/TipsOnTriplets).
Thanks for your prayers, love and encouragement. We’ve never needed it more than now.
-Jer

We will not cease praying and hoping for a miracle Carey. We know that these precious little boys have already beaten the odds by their existence… may God grant them the strength to beat the odds again. Love ya.

I just heard the news on your DH’s blog. I am so very sorry… words that are just so inadequate. I know from personal experience that these days are filled with hard decisions and even harder slaps of reality. I pray that someone contacts Now I LAY ME DOWN TO SLEEP for you both. This is a non profit volunteer organization of photographers that will take lovely photos of your sons for you. I hope that you do this, because it will be important later on.
There are so many many things that I wish I could do and say for you. But being online is limiting. If you ever need anyone to talk to ~ someone who understands what it is like to have a baby die, I am here and so are many other amazing mama’s and papas.
I pray that you will be surrounded by support not only now, but in the future. . .when all life seems to continue on, except yours. Praying for your peace and that you have time with your sweet babies.

I am so sorry for your loss Carey. I have been following yours and your husband’s blog for a while. I delivered my triplets early and had a very long stay in the NICU where we ended up loosing one of our triplets when he was 6 1/2 months old. I am part of a group on facebook if you are on facebook that is MoMs that have lost 1 or all of their babies. When you are ready or if you want, I would love to invite you into that group, so you can express your feels and grieve with other mothers that have been where you are now. It is a private group that no one can read the comments outside of the members. No one should have to be part of that group. I am very very very sorry for the loss of your precious boys. May the coming weeks and months bring you comfort and some healing. email me if you need to talk. -Jennifer

Hi Jennifer, My daughter Krissie lost her baby girl Hannah Kathryn on May 13th at 39 weeks. I was wondering about this fb blog you were talking about. Can you please tell me about it. I don’t know if Krissie is ready to join a group like this but I would love to give her the information and let her decide.
Thank you, from this grieving grandmother,
Kathryn

Carey – I was so amazed when Susie told me you were having triplets and was following along every now and again! (We moved April 1 and I meant to come see you in the weeks before we left but timing just didn’t work out.) I was saddened this morning to hear of your and Jeremy’s loss…you have been in my thoughts and prayers and will be now more than ever. Take care of yourselves and keep the faith. Hope to see you soon…Barbara G. formerly of TWB.
